I honestly don't even know where to begin. I'll start by saying Aplus Auto Group is NOTHING like ANY car dealership, collision center or tire service establishment you've ever stepped foot in before. They're kind, committed and very humble. My fiancé was referred to this company back in the summer of 2024 due to his 2014 Dodge Journey acting up. He has had nothing but problems with it since purchasing it from Tri City in NH. Unfortunately, the Journey has a mind of its own and had put my fiancé and Aplus in a bit of a pickle by not cooperating with its new parts. Long story short (and I mean very shortened hahaha) after ALOT of back and forth they had discovered some of the new parts were defective. As I'm sure you could assume my fiancé and I were becoming very frustrated but at no point did anyone at Aplus get disgruntled with us in any way shape or form. In fact they went above and beyond to make sure the Journey was safe enough for our 5 kids to ride in without charging us another dime. Shoot, they even gave my fiancé money as a reimbursement for gas for the amount of travel he did bringing the journey back and forth for repairs. THEN on top of it all they HIRED my fiancé full time. My fiancé, Bryan, is fully disabled with Autism. Bryan has been working very hard on himself to become employed full time and get off SSI so he can feel better about himself as a father and future husband. During the time Bryan spent at Aplus auto for his journey troubles he expressed to them how he was in the process of starting his own auto detailing business. They immediately allowed him to "try the job" to see how he did. After a couple cars they were very impressed and called him in for a second interview where they offered him a job. I've NEVER ever seen an establishment of people be so gentle with my fiancé. So understanding and respectful of his disabilities. They treat Bryan like any other person. They do not treat him differently because he has Autism. They damn near admire him it seems. 😍 Which as his future wife it gives me all the feels. Green flags everywhere seriously. I could go on and on but I've tried very hard to spare you the chapter book so just know you will be treated like family with Aplus auto group. YOU MATTER HERE.

Super impressed with aplus! I called and spoke with Anthony mid afternoon and asked about a couple specific vehicles & I’ve never had something go so smoothly while looking at a vehicle. I had an outstanding experience with Aplus Trucks. Both the Sales Manager, Chris, and salesman, Sam, truly took the time to understand my initial concerns and frustrations. They were accommodating and extremely prompt in addressing my needs. The powertrain warranty is a huge asset, and the quality and care they put into the vehicles they sell is fantastic. Walked in, said I wanted to look at a certain truck I saw online, and got the keys to test drive the truck immediately. 1st truck I test drove wasn’t quite what I was looking for. They helped find a truck that would fit my wants and needs and that’s all she wrote. Very professional and personable. Fastest car buying experience that I have ever had, but also very thorough and didn’t miss anything. Would recommend if you are in need a a good used vehicle.
